1. Services

Hello World Devs, LLC ("Hello World," "we," "us") provides AI literacy training, workshops, and consulting services through the AI Literacy Program. By engaging or participating in any of our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Engagements & Pricing

Engagements are scoped through a conversation, not a checkout. Prices shown on this site are in USD and are starting points; the final scope, price, and payment terms for your engagement are confirmed in writing before any session is scheduled. The Executive Bootcamp is currently offered at no charge by application.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions confirmed in writing may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice at no cost, subject to mutual availability. Cancellations with fewer than 7 days' notice, and no-shows, may be billed according to the terms in your engagement agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with at least 7 days' notice.

4. Scheduling

After you reach out, our team will contact you within 2 business days to scope the engagement and schedule your session. Travel and lodging for in-person engagements outside the Portland Metro area are not included and are agreed upon at least 2 weeks ahead of the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, deliverables, templates, and content provided during workshops remain the intellectual property of Hello World Devs, LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables within their organization. Materials may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create competing training programs.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared during workshops as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary business information, workflows, or data shared during sessions without written consent. Clients agree not to record sessions without prior approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our training is educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or compliance with any regulation as a result of participation. Hello World's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Privacy

When you contact us or apply for a program, we collect the information you submit (such as your name, email, company, and role) solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Inquiry emails are delivered through a third-party email provider under its own privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
